The interior decorated with the profile of a lion, staring ahead alertly, worked in gold and silver wires in standard and musen ('wireless') technique on a light grey ground, raised on four bracket feet, signed on the base in silver wire with the mark of Ando Jubei; with a plain wood storage box. 2.5cm x 19.3cm x 19.3cm (1in x 7 5/8in x 7 5/8in).
