Condition Report: Canvas relined and mounted on canvas in early 20th or late 19th century. Stretcher and frame appear to be of the period. Stretcher retains remnant of an early exhibition label. Canvas is in good condition. Appears to retain early varnish. Approximately 1" x 2" of overpainting in the sky, this area has been masked with varnish. Label from JL Hudson Gallery of fine art as well as an older label from CG Gallery - declaring Country of Origin and artist name. Verso of brown paper references DeGrimme Gallery, Grosse Pointe, MI.
