This drawing is on a fine linen adhered to paper. The edges of the paper sheet show foxing and there is some other foxing within the linen. There is a small supported tear at the foot and a small loss to the lower left corner of the paper. There are several small pinholes in the linen in the top corners and also a small pinhole on the lower left corner. Otherwise the condition of the fabric is good.
Medium
The ink and pigment are in a good condition. There is a little surface rubbing to the linen in places and a rubbed black spot to the right of the image in the lower right quadrant and a small liquid stain on the garment.
