Andy Warhol (1928-1987) American, leading figure in the visual art movement known as pop art. Screen printing dates back over 1000 years. It wasn’t until the 1960’s when Andy Warhol began experimenting with it, that it became a mainstream form of art. This original hand signed screenprint on heavy paper measures 30x22 inches. Condition: tears 1 along top border, loss in lower corner measures 4x6 inches. Two crease lines extend across chest 5 & 8 inches in length, one 2 inch crease on lower bi-cep and an "x" crease on same shoulder. This lot has a reserve.
