In-4º, 1081 pages. Binding signed by A. Staderini, of Rome. The covers are in beautiful olive green morocco, with the royal coat of arms as super-libros. As a decorative element in a panel it has the knots of Savoy surrounding the coat of arms. It has hundreds of biographies of diplomats. It has 16 lithographs with drawings of diplomatic uniforms for officials, with details of the buttons and consular insignia. Spine gilt. Edges of the leaves burnished in fine gold. On pages 374 and following one can see the royal pen in black noting names. It belonged to the Italian monarch and was used by him. PERFECT CONDITION.

Comme ornement en encadrement, on trouve les nœuds de Savoie entourant les armoiries. Il contient des centaines de biographies de diplomates. Il comporte 16 lithographies avec des dessins des uniformes diplomatiques pour les fonctionnaires, avec détail des boutons et des insignes consulaires. Dos orné de gravures dorées. Tranches des feuilles brunies à l’or fin. Aux pages 374 et suivantes, on remarque la plume royale à l’encre noire annotant des noms. Il a appartenu au monarque italien et a été utilisé par lui.
