Interior with "[?] / GR / M" mark within a lozenge-form cartouche, otherwise unmarked and tested as 14K gold fineness. Total weight including cabochons: 4.3 grams. Late 19th/early 20th century. 5/8" HOA, 5/8" D top edge, 1/2" D bottom edge.
