Containing one heart shape buff-top amethyst measuring approximately 33.00 x 29.00 mm and 48 old mine cut diamonds weighing approximately 2.40 carats total, with later yellow gold bail attachment containing one oval cabochon amethyst. Mounted in rose gold. 1 1/2 x 1 5/16 inches.

Measurements: The pendant/brooch (not including bail) measures approximately 1 1/2 inches by 1 5/16 inches.
Overall Condition: Electronic test indicates the heart is 14 karat gold and the bail is 18 karat gold. There are moderate abrasions to the amethyst and scratching to the metal.
