An antique Chinese late Qing Dynasty figural amulet pendant hand carved of brownish white Jade, most likely Hotan or Hetian. The circular shaped pendant depicts a composition with lotus flowers in the center, surrounded by a symmetrical image of dragons, engraved with detailed patterns and decorated with pierced through elements for wearing. The Hotan region is the main source of the nephrite jade used in ancient China. Circa the late 19th century to early 20th century. Unmarked.
