An antique Chinese, Nguyen Dynasty, Bleu de Hue porcelain plate. Circa: Qing dynasty, mid 19th century. The plate is hand painted cobalt blue scene against the white background, depicting a scene with a man and a child in a landscape. Marked with four blue ink characters, on the backside. Bleu de Hue was a type of Chinese blue and white export porcelain for the Vietnamese market produced in Jingdezhen since the 18th century until World War II.
