Unusual and fine chest of drawers in the George I or George II style, featuring dovetail joinery, inlaid drawer fronts and top, simple bracket feet and hand-engraved brass hardware. Dimensions: H 31" x W 38" x D 18.25" Condition: Wear consistent with antique age; horizontal indent and apparent repairs to veneer on middle drawer; stress cracks and splits to wood, small chips to edges, losses to back panels, antique patina including stains, dings, dents, and rubs to wood.
