Hand knotted wool Persian Heriz carpet, circa 1900, having an all over design with some Bakshaish tribal elements including Ram's horns and beetles, on a rust field filled with geometric florals and sickle leaves, having a Herati border on a navy ground, with some natural dyes including indigo and saffron. Note: Accompanied by a COA from Park Avenue Rugs, Buckhead, GA.
