Condition: Overall fair to good condition. Good full pile throughout. Foundation is weak and there are scattered slits and tears and old tears that have been repaired. With fabric strips to help reinforce the carpet. Carpet has been given a light chemical wash to soften the colors but it has not affected the structure.
