An antique Queen Anne mahogany tilt-top candle stand, Philadelphia c. 1760. Provenance: purchased in 1997 from Herbert Schiffer Antiques, West Chester, Pennsylvania. Candlestand measures a total of 28" tall x 20.25" surface diameter, and has a raised lip around the edge. Condition: professional restoration to one of the legs, very minor split to center post, expected signs of age and normal use, very slight warping to top surface, see images. Weight: 11.2 lbs.
