ANTIQUE / VINTAGE ART DECO PLATINUM, 18K GOLD, DIAMOND, AND GEMSTONE LADY'S RINGS, LOT OF TWO, each having openwork and milgrain designs; comprising a platinum ring with a squared dome top, set with a central blue sapphire oval cabochon measuring approximately 7.5 x 6 x 3.15 mm, surrounded by a total of 34 diamonds with an average clarity of SI and color H-K, consisting of two Old Mine brilliant-cut measuring approximately 3.0 x 3.0 x 2.0 mm and 3.5 x 3.5 x 2.2 mm with an estimated total weight of 0.35 ct., two vintage single-cut measuring approximately 1.5 mm in diameter with an estimated total weight of 0.05 ct., and 30 three-facet rose / lasque-cut diamonds measuring approximately 1.1 mm in average diameter with an estimated total weight of .15 ct., having an estimated total diamond weight of 0.55 ct.; and a ring with a silver top and an 18K gold understructure and band, center set with a round-cut pink sapphire / light red ruby with very low symmetry measuring approximately 5.7 x 5.2 mm with an estimated weight of .70 ct., being densely included with visually prominent inclusions and a substantial rectangular cavity in table having clarity I2, flanked by two round-cut rubies measuring approximately 1.9 mm in average diameter with an estimated total weight of .06 ct. being light to medium strong red, all surrounded by 12 irregular three-facet rose / lasque-cut diamonds measuring approximately 1.5 mm in average diameter with an estimated total weight of .08 ct. having a clarity I2 (most cloudy with inclusions). Each tested for metal type / fineness, platinum ring with "CW" maker's mark. Total weight including stones: 11.2 grams. First half 20th century. Each ring size 8.
