huile sur panneau de bois
57,6 x 26,1 cm ; 22 11/16 x 10 1/4 in.
Exécuté en 1969.
Condition Report:
The work was inspected in its frame and it was not possible to inspect the outer edges. The wood panel is irregular. There are horizontal wood splits with associated losses of pigment, notably on the signature and towards the foot of the character, towards the lower edge and towards the upper left edge as visible in the catalogue illustration. There are various chips in the paint layers due to the evolution of the wood, with associated retouching. Under ultraviolet examination, some areas of fluorescence appear throughout the composition.
In order to have a better understanding of the condition, do not hesitate to ask us for videos of the work.
