Condition Report:
It has not been possible to see the work out of its frame. The canvas is not lined. There is a milky varnish preventing UV light from fully penetrating, however examination under UV light appears to reveal some dots of retouching in places, notably to the right part of the composition. There are hairlines lines of craquellure. There is some frame rubbing along the extreme edges, notably viisble to the upper left corner. The canvas is undulating to the upper right corner. There is a tiny scratch (approx 2 cm long) located 10 cm from the lower edge and 33 cm from the left edge. This work is in overall good condition.
