Autograph.. George Sanders (1906-1972). American actor. Sanders was a British-American actor and singer. Sanders' acting career spanned just over four decades. Sanders had a cultured, cynical appearance and often had to play Nazi, villain or sleuth. He was awarded an Academy Award in 1950 for his role in All About Eve and was the first Academy Award-winning actor to lend his voice to a Disney film when he got to play Shere Khan in The Jungle Book.
