Abraham Lincoln penny postcard

An unused, embossed picture post card in crisp, clean condition, printed during the period when the postage rate for such cards was one cent, a "penny post card." This card features a full-color visage of Abraham Lincoln with the caption, "The Martyred President," and listing the dates of his birth and death. Quite likely the card was printed to commemorate the centennial of Lincoln's 1809 birth.
