Condition Report:
Original canvas. Pulls to the canvas in the corners. Some surface marks and abrasions. Some rubbing to the framing edges. Specks of matter and light surface dirt. Some very fine lines of craquelure to the area of white paint in the centre of the composition. The work appears to be in very good overall condition. UV light inspection reveals no evidence of any retouching or restoration. Held in a simple black painted frame.
