Rabbi Yehuda Samchon and Rabbi Masoud Millol signed as witnesses along with an approval of their signatures handwritten by Rabbi Meir.

Rabbi Meir Abuchatzeria (1917 - 1983), known as the Baba Meir, was the son of the renowned Baba Sali and father of Rabbi Elazar Abuchatzeira. He was a righteous miracle worker who served as Rabbi of Midelt, Morocco and then as Rabbi of Arpod. He later immigrated to Eretz Yisrael and passed away in Ashdod.
