Hi-Lo speed is selected by switching the bushing,which is put on the capstan axel. The machine is PRESET AT 240 VOLTS (inside,this is original) . Plays and records well-all functions work as should,sound quality very good! Comes with one full (pre-recorded) aluminium reel and one empty,and two hardcases. The tape,provided,is good quality Maxell tape. Due to fragility and weight,there are higher shipping costs.
