With images of, among others, New Year's Day, a Goryo-e ritual, the Imamiya Shrine, Seiwa-in, the Gion Festival, Odori Nenbutsu (Dancing Nembutsu) , Tanabata (Star Festival) , Miyako Odori, harvesting mibu-na, folding fans in the Mieidō Temple and the Takase-gawa Canal.

Title: "Shūi miyako meisho zue" 拾遺都名所図会 (Supplement to Illustrated Guide to Famous Places in Kyoto) , vol. 1.

First part (平安城 - Heian Castle) of the 5 additional parts.

Compiler: Akisato Ritō 秋里籬島 (act. c. 1776-1830) .

61 folded leaves, with 25 woodcuts, including 24 diptychs.

Condition: cover with signs of use. Front endpaper loose. Furthermore, the edition with clear and sharp woodcuts is in very good condition.
