Albert Henry ROBINSON (1881 - 1956) R.C.A.

Albert Robinson was an invited guest to the first Group of Seven exhibition (1920). he was one of the founding members of the Beaver Hall Group and the Canadian Group of Painters. In 1910, he travelled to France with A.Y. Jackson. From 1918 to 1933, Robinson painted on trips along the St. Lawrence River - he preferred the North Shore - and made annual trips to Beaupré and Charlevoix counties.
