Very good condition. Minor wear exists throughout its original finish with minor touch-ups. Brass kickplate shows assorted abrasions and fine scratches. A stable small hairline is apparent on the reverse within the trim of the roofline. A couple flacked losses are apparent within the door jam. Includes key for lock to the door. Lock functions properly.
