Alessandro Albrizzi MCM Lucite Cube Ice Bucket Box
Attributed to Alessandro Albrizzi (Italian, 1934-1994), clear Lucite box constructed from substantial geometric acrylic panels with a large circular recessed interior and concentric rounded form, accented by a small cylindrical metal fitting at one corner. The transparent construction creates a layered architectural appearance characteristic of modern Lucite design. No apparent maker's mark.
Dimensions: 5.5 X 6.75 X 6.75 in.
Condition: Good to fair overall condition with typical surface wear and some discoloration consistent with age and use, including scattered scratches, scuffs, and crazing. A small area of adhesive residue is visible on the underside, and the corners exhibit wear consistent with age. Note: This condition statement is provided as a courtesy and reflects an opinion, not a statement of fact. Bidders are encouraged to inspect items in person or through an agent to assess condition. Estate fresh to the market.
