Condition Report:
Very good overall condition, all consistent with age and use.
The armchair presents tiny losses of paint and tiny losses of wood in some particular spots, mainly located on the legs, the feet and on the top of the backrest, but not visually disturbing or distracting.
A small piece of painted fabric is slightly torn along one armrest.
The painted fabric is in very good condition.
Some dirt is findable in the recessed areas, but all consistent with age and use.
