The name "Coban"
Sapper used the name Coban to refer to a little town in Guatemala, in the middle of the coffee growing region that produces one of the best coffees in the world. His grandfather was a coffee planter there, and his father was born there.
The Coban espresso machine embodies the perfect combination of form and function: the parts of an espresso - coffee beans and clear water - are presented in two pedestals and are connected by a connecting belt to form an excellent product.
