Conceived in 1935-36; this large version conceived in terracotta in 1937 and cast in bronze in an edition of 6; this example cast by the artist's estate at the Sheidow Foundry, New York in 1968.
Condition Report:
Greenish brown patina. One half-inch loss to the bronze in the figure's proper right thigh. Some other light surface scratches. The figure can be mounted onto two painted wood columns. This work is in overall very good condition.
