Alfa Romeo - GT Veloce 2000 Bertone - 1972

[ translate ]

Alfa Romeo Giulia Bertone GTV2000 in good condition. First registration in Milan, Italy, 1972. Registered in Madrid in 1995, previously with a Spanish tourist registration. Same owner since the 90s, an Italian gentleman living in Madrid. Always kept in a dark and dry garage in Madrid. Bodywork in very good condition, original and unrestored. Only a small rust spot has been found behind the front right wheel (see photos) . 2,000 cc 4-cylinder engine, two double Dell’Orto carburettors, disc brakes, 5-speed gearbox. The engine starts at first attempt, has good oil pressure, does not smoke, does not heat up. Recent fine-tuning, liquids, filters, spark plugs, battery, tyres, etc. Ball joints and front silentblocks OK. The underbody of the car is dirty, but there is no rust. To improve: front bridge silentblocks, fan pipe, fan blades, front Alfa logo, cracked interior mirror, rim paintwork review, door adjustment, etc. In general, you must foresee some work because the car has been standing still for several years. ITV (Spanish vehicle inspection) passed in May 2021 and valid for one year. Interior in original condition, beige vinyl upholstery in good condition, except for the rear right seat. The carpets are in good condition. The dashboard has several cracks. Apparently, the gearbox must have been rebuilt. It makes shifting smooth and there is no synchro that feels rough. The exhaust pipe has been repaired and the silencers have been replaced. The car must have been repainted in the 90s. It has just been polished and looks very nice, but there are some paintwork flaws and one scratch. In the boot there is a box with spare parts and a set of rubber mats. Up-to-date Spanish documents. If you want to see the car or receive detailed videos, please contact Catawiki. Located in Madrid, 10 minutes far from the airport. Spain.
