Alfa Romeo - Giulia 1600 Spider - 1964

Beautiful Alfa Romeo - Giulia Spider 1600 (model 101. 23) , chassis number AR379542, red colour, black interior, produced on June 17, 1964 and sold on July 28, 1964 to Alfa Romeo Inc. Newark, U. S. A. Arrived in Italy a few years ago with Californian license plates, it has been completely restored in bodywork, cycling, engine, gearbox and upholstery. The restoration was completed about a year and a half ago. The car has only been driven for about 1500 km in two regularity races, the 2019 Perugina Cup and The 2019 Summer Marathon. The bodywork has been stripped down to metal and restored by competent Italian artisans as far as sheet metal repair and paintwork are concerned. The engine has been opened and completely redone from scratch in every part, including the engine shaft. The gearbox has been opened and overhauled with the replacement of bearings, fork synchronisers and oil seals. Even the clutch and clutch pressure plate are new. The cycling is all new with replacement of all suspension, arms, rubber parts, crash pads, bearings, hoses, shock disc brakes, steering box etc. . . The upholstery has been redone with replacement of the capote, carpeting, rubber parts and seals. The car is in excellent condition and does not require any work. It is also in compliance with the Italian inspection. It can be viewed and tested prior appointment at our headquarters in Magione, Italy
