Alfred Fontville De Breanski Jr. (1877 – 1945) Breanski Jr. is a descendant of a well-known British painting family. He was the son of Alfred de Breanski and Annie Roberts, both painters. He learned his trade from his parents and then at St. Martin's School of Art. Here he met Whistler. After his training, Breanski traveled to France where he would work with Whistler. Whistler would influence him so much that he would continue to paint in impressionist style for the rest of his life.

Viewing is of course possible. A tear in the canvas has been professionally repaired to the left of the center. We also have our own in-house frame shop, which is celebrating its 85th anniversary. We also use restorers from the trade organization: 'Restauratoren Nederland'. The state only concerns the work. If you would like to use this, we would of course like to hear from you.
