Regarding materials, the LC4 chaise longue has a chrome-plated steel tubular structure and a padded polyurethane foam mattress with a pony skin cover. The base is made of sheet metal and tubular steel varnished in matte black. The headrest is made of polyurethane foam with a leather cover.

The chrome is in perfect condition with no rust or defects of any kind. The leather has wear on the sides due to the passage of time and use, although it provides the object with a patina typical of these designer pieces that reinforces its timeless and elegant design.
