Condition Report: **Map exhibits light toning and notable adhesive marks (browning) to margins and scattered throughout. There is a tide mark to the lower right and a small tear to the upper right corner. There is light creasing to center fold and to lower left corner. Map has a few pinhead-sized scattered accretions.
