Side #1 is exceptionally clean with minor wear, minor paper residue and faint paper marks. The reverse has small fine scratches and areas of discoloration in the outer fields and the perimeter. Marked Made in U.S.A. Form 384. Overall an outstanding flange with strong eye appeal. 18" H x 22" W. Rating: 8.9+/8.5.
