American Country Primitive Upright Wood Storage Bin

This upright storage bin is constructed in an American country primitive style from solid wood planks, featuring a deep reddish-orange stained finish. The primary wood appears to be pine or cedar, joined with visible wooden dowels along the front and side panels. The piece is designed with a slanted, hinged lid that opens to reveal a deep interior compartment. The back panel of the interior (visible in photo 6) features a textured surface and different coloration compared to the primary exterior wood. The base is finished with a simple rectangular plinth on the front. The lid is secured with two surface-mounted decorative strap hinges featuring a hammered, mottled finish and secured with multiple screws.
