American Empire Carved Mahogany Card Table

An American Empire Carved Mahogany Card Table, Second Quarter 19th Century. The rectangular hinged revolving top over a half width storage compartment, raised on ring turned and acanthus carved tapered legs.

Dimensions: Height 29in; width 34 3/4in; depth 17 1/2in; width open 35in.

Provenance: Property from a Philadelphia Main Line Collection.
Condition Report: Structurally sound. General marks, wear, abrasions, scuffs, surface scratches and small losses. There are small age cracks around the brass hardware to hinged top with associated patches and repairs, otherwise good condition.
