70 x 86 inches. A full-size American bed quilt featuring a scrappy pinwheel pattern, constructed from a diverse assortment of mid-century cotton and cotton-blend fabrics. The quilt top is composed of square blocks, each containing a four-patch diamond pinwheel design. These blocks are separated by vertical and horizontal sashing in various prints, including yellow gingham and solid pink. A distinctive brown and white striped fabric is utilized to create wide horizontal bands across the center and lower sections of the quilt, providing a bold geometric contrast to the traditional pattern. The quilt utilizes a wide variety of textile prints including calico florals, checks, polka dots, and solid colors. The reverse side is finished with a solid cream-colored fabric.
