Likely Philadelphia or New York City crafted for the Louisiana/Mississippi market. The piece having a fine carved and shaped canopy attached to the back posts which are very nicely fluted and flared and centered by excellently figured and carved headboard all leading down to rails also having been carved and continue to the foot board having brilliantly shaped capitals at left and and right all attached by the lower frame also nicely figured and carved. H117" W70 1/2" L90 1/2" Sold from the collection of a Columbia, South Carolina family.The piece has its bolts to secure it to the post and the canopy properly. We have added images of this.
