consisting of two hinged heart motif finials containing 46 round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.82 carat total and 10 rectangular step cut sapphires.

The inner circumference measures approximately 6 1/4 inches with the opening measuring approximately 1 3/8 inches wide when open, and approximately 1/8 inch when closed. There is light superficial scratching to the gold, common with wear. All diamonds and sapphires in mounting are intact.
