An 18ct gold Patek Philippe open faced pocket watch, ref. 770, 47mm diameter, with a silvered dial, gilt baton indicators and spade hands, Arabic numeral at twelve, and subsidiary seconds dial at six. Inscribed to case back 'Sydney Walker. In appreciation of all he has done for Birfield, 19th August 1963'. Swiss assay mark for 18ct standard, control mark '18.750'. Condition Report: Currently running at time of cataloguing. No guarantee as to timekeeping or continued running.Crown winds and hands adjust.Hour markers a little tarnished.Minor scratches to glass. Visible by 10x magnification.One small dent to case edge near nine.Bow comes loose to one side. Hinge showing small split to bow edges. Requires repair with new screw. Not advised to suspend by bow.Marks and scratches to surfaces.
