An 18ct gold dragon and blister pearl Buddha dress ring, set with vari-hue sapphire and 'brown' diamonds. Hallmarks for Edinburgh. Ring size M1/2. 52.5gms. Coloured diamonds untested.With case. Dimensions: Condition Report: B Minor faults. There may be abrasion and/or small nicks to gemstones. General moderate wear from use possibly including but not necessarily limited to small abrasions and scratches. The piece may have been altered from its original design but to a reasonable standard. Overall condition good to fair. Few sapphires deficient. Section connecting head of the dragon to the base of the mount has split, still feels secure. Blister/Mother-of-pearl panel to the centre depicting a Buddha. Dark wood beneath the dragon containing the mother-of-pearl. Diamonds well matched. Diamonds bright.
