An 18ct gold emerald and diamond cluster pendant. The marquise-shape emerald, with brilliant-cut diamond surrounds, suspended from a chevron surmount and integral belcher-link chain. Estimated dimensions of emerald 14 by 6 by 3.3mms. Estimated total diamond weight 0.80ct. Hallmarks for Sheffield, 1996. Length of pendant 2.6cms. Length of chain 41.5cms. Weight 9gms.
Condition Report: Overall condition good. Some surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
Diamonds generally well matched. One diamond to the outer surround is not brilliant-cut, possible replacement.
Diamonds bright.
Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.
Diamonds with some minor to small inclusions under 10x magnification.
Emerald is a medium blueish green hue, fairly well saturated, with poor clarity and typical surface reaching inclusions.
Emerald in good condition.
