Set to the centre with a fine gold (989/1000) Austrian 4 ducat coin from 1915 (official subsequent mint by the State of Austria, diameter 39.68 mm) with the state coat-of-arms of Austria avers and revers a portrait of Emperor Franz Joseph I. With case. Stamped: Italian fineness 750. Diameter 6 cm. Total weight: 48.7 g.
