Hand forged necklace of ornamentally entwined gold threads suspending a graduated fringe of 15 polygonally faceted discs of red and green watermelon tourmaline (ca. 10.05 x 9.4 mm - ca. 18.1 x 17.9 mm) with gold backings alternating with 14 pinned pearls (diameter 3.8 - 4.0 mm, not tested, described as Oriental pearls in the Treskow catalogue). Hallmarks: Fineness 750, maker's mark "ET". L 37 cm. Weight 87.14 g.
