An American black opal and diamond ring,
with an oval cabochon opal, claw set to a rex collet with a pierced underbezel. A row of three brilliant cut diamonds all claw set in a crescent to each side, with solid flat section shoulders and a plain shank. Ignore markings. Tested as approximately 9ct gold. Maker's mark unidentified. Head 16.40 x 16.10mm, 5.40g.
