Designed as a shell set with old European-, old-mine- and rose-cut diamonds, centring upon a natural pearl measuring approximately 10.50 - 10.48 x 9.10mm, suspending a drop-shaped natural pearl measuring approximately 10.98 - 10.90 x 13.60mm, mounted in silver-topped gold, pendant detachable, circa 1880.
