An Art Deco Black Opal and Diamond Ring, the oval black opal in a white claw setting, to beaded shoulders inset with a trio of eight-cut diamonds, on a plain polished shank, finger size K see illustration
. The ring is in good condition however there is some crazing to the opal. It is stamped '18CT&PT' and in our opinion would test as gold and platinum. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; caratweight 0.05, colour I/J/K, clarity I1/I2/I3. Gross weight 4.8 grams. CR made 27.01.20
