with an old brilliant cut diamond, milligrain set to the centre. Milligrain set calibré cut synthetic sapphires, set in a geometric design to each side, with a pierced scalloped navette-shaped plaque, milligrain set with graduated eight cut diamonds. A spaced linear border of baguette cut synthetic sapphires with a waved outer edge, set with diamonds, to a pin and visor catch. Tested as approximately 18ct white gold. 58 x 22mm, 9.81g
