with a circular mixed cut topaz, milligrain set to a plain collet. A blade edge bar open frame, with three old eight cut diamonds, milligrain set at even intervals. An articulated bar below, set with a central diamond to a matching oval topaz and diamond drop below, to an integral trace chain. Tested as platinum. Numbered 4060. Drop 49mm long, 5.40g
