An Art Glass Egg Paperweight, late 20th century

A blown art glass paperweight of upright ovoid form, late 20th century. The heavy clear glass body encloses an internal swirling turquoise and teal inclusion at the base, creating a dynamic bloom or jellyfish-like motif surmounted by a central trapped air bubble and scattered micro-bubbles. The tapered apex terminates in a delicate blue-tinged veil. The piece is finished with a flat, polished base. Unmarked.Height: 2.75 inches.
